Recommendations to avoid colds & viruses...

Breath steam every morning with Eucalyptus, Tea Tree or a good antiviral blend.  When the 'villi' in the nose are dry, they don't capture the nasty stuff to keep it out of our system effectively. Keep the moisture going every chance you get.

Lots of my clients agree with me that Airborn is effective. I have also found Walgreens store brand works too. The sercret: keep it on the shelf and one at the office or in the car. Quick timing is important. If you feel yukky, you won't want to go out to get it. Consider using daily during the winter.

Spray one or more of the anti viral essential oils listed above in your home and work space. Be especially aware of airplane air. You can put them on a cotton ball to keep handy during the flight. I have noticed that so many people come home from a trip with a nasty cold, I have drawn a non-scientific conslusion that the air in the plane is higher in viruses floating around.

Add lots of healthy food to your diet...have you checked out SuperFoods RX book or website? I printed out the list and put it on my fridge. It makes a difference.
